Become an Education Agent
Kentford College welcomes applications from reputable education agents who wish to represent the college and assist prospective students from all over the world. Our agent programme ensures that students receive accurate information and professional guidance while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
All education agents representing Kentford College must understand their role in promoting Kentford College's courses and supporting students through the enrolment process. Agents are expected to act ethically, provide accurate information, and comply with all relevant legislation, including the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice.
ESOS Act Compliance
All agents must comply with the Education Services for Overseas Students Act and associated regulations.
Student-First Ethics
Agents are expected to prioritise the best interests of students in all advice and guidance provided.

Agents must provide prospective students with up-to-date and accurate information about Kentford College courses.
How to Become a Kentford College Authorised Agent
Kentford College has a clear and structured process for appointing education agents. Please follow the steps outlined below.
Gather and Prepare Your Application
Before submitting your application to become a Kentford College authorised agent, you must gather and prepare the following information and documents:
- Company profile
- Business registration documents
- Completed Kentford College Agent Application Form
- Any relevant licensing
- Details of at least two referees to support your application
Submit Your Application
Once you have gathered and prepared all required documents, submit your application along with all supporting documents as outlined in Step 1 to Kentford College for assessment.
Application Assessment
Kentford College will assess the application and contact your referees using the details provided in the agent application form.
*Please ensure that you inform your referees that you have provided their details to Kentford College in support of your application to become an authorised agent.
Outcome of Assessment
Once Kentford College has completed the assessment of your application and verified your supporting documents and referees, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved
- You will be issued with a formal Education Agent Agreement
- The agreement clearly outlines your roles, responsibilities and compliance obligations — including adherence to the ESOS Act, National Code and Kentford College policies
- Kentford College expects you to recruit students ethically, prioritising the best interests of students
- Once the agreement is signed and returned, you will be officially recognised as a Kentford College Authorised Education Agent
Not Approved
- Kentford College will notify you in writing, including the reason for the decision
- Guidance will be provided on areas that may require improvement or additional documentation if you wish to reapply
- Kentford College reserves the right to decline any application if the agent does not meet the ethical, regulatory and/or professional standards required
